Only 3 Nissa seems kinda odd and I did play 4 for a very long time but it was kinda clunky for me in many occasions people play cards like Mystical Dispute, Aether Gust, Negate and drawing 2 or 3 Nissa often forces you to make unfavorable plays
Let's look at five famous people and imagine what their cards could be
C Nine mana is quite expensive, but that's the price you pay for a spell that can often end the game when cast
All of the effects are ones that can do some surprisingly heavy listing, and at the worst it's still ramp
She also reads, Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it dies, return that card to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step. This means that not only can you just constantly swing in to win, but that your Creatures are bigger when they do so, and also incredibly hard to kill permanently
Hofri Ghostforge lacks access to any of the powerful blue spirits, and Ranar, the Ever-Watchful doesnt do enough to benefit the creature type by himself
